I'm watching an old episode of Star Trek: Voyager that I haven't seen in at least a million years. One of the crew has gone into labor and is about to deliver her baby. Suddenly, her pain is different, something is wrong. The Doctor discovers that the baby's forehead ridges (don't ask me the race of the baby's father) are causing a complication. If they don't deliver the baby now, the uterus might be punctured and cause internal bleeding.
Doctor (on the tv, of course): Prepare for fetal transport!
Me (out loud, to no one): Sweet!!!

Yeah, I've always thought that would be awesome to have as an option.
